Yes. I have both R-L and L-R machine in house and we swap stencils betweeen them all the time. Stencil programs from R-L to a L-R machine (and vise/versa) will not.

Does any one know how far left or right from center the aperatures can be? If I had a 6" board, and a stencil with cut-outs for both sides right and left of center, would I have problems?

Hi, Im just curious; Yoy are trying to fabricate the spring instead of not to purchase It from DEK or find a similar on the market?? How exactly are you going to aproach this task? And could you justify the extra costs for this? /

Turn off your solder pot and let your glue gun keep it warm. If the glue gun catches fire it will be vented by the wave and you will suffer less damage. This damage will will be cost justified by the leaving the pot off.

Assuming you have the scale that corresponds with Board Width for center justified stencil. Formula would be: 2 x (distance to image {mm} - 368) = Board Width (setting on scale) http://www.dekhead.com/

As one stake in the ground, a good stencil shop needs to produce 20 to 30 stencils day in order to justify itself being around. Why does your boss want to consider getting into the stencil cutting business?

We are recieving many QFN's in Tubes instead of trays and tape. Does anyone have luck with these in a tube feeder, or vib plate? We cant justify to order a full reel because the cost of the part.

I do not have the warm and fuzzy feel about these coatings due to the lack of supporting data. Aside from trying to save some money on wiper paper I do not see an advantage that would justify it.
