Contact your local Juki Service Office, they should be able to supply these answers. Or post your data and other users can compare them with their equipment. The units of measure can be in either kPA or mmHg. This is dependent on the units of meas

It is usually done differently. Sensor is in the solder. Once solder becomes goes below the sensor, it triggers you need to add. I believe it measures temperature rather than distance.

Most select solder machines I've dealt with use conductance sensors to detect solder.

Hi John, It depends on what equipment and resources you have at your disposal - if you have an antique wave with crap adjustment & hand sprayed flux, no debridging/air knife system on a tightly packed board with a multitude of fine pitch connectors

In obtaining almost zero defect in solder wave. I would like to suggest the following: First,We must consider changing machine if it is more than 5 years old. second, use the right tools for the right job. Most of the traditional engineers will us

"The optimizer has FLUX DISTRIBUTION WINDOW it measures - the amount of flux applied. -Identify uneven distribution of your flux. The FLUX DISTRIBUTION WINDOW permits you to obtain information about your fluxer's performance and repeatability

Hello, does any one please can tell me if any Standard says how much is the Total Ion Contamination ( ugr/NaCl sqcm equivalent, Br- in particular way) allowed on Connector surface/body ? (ie. DIMM connectors, and similar). Many Thanks in advan

Resistance: Tables of wire gauge often provide a resistance measure of some kind for each gauge. That way we can estimate the resistance of any length of wire we might be interested in. Calculating trace resistance is only slightly more complicated.

Im with Pete, Zero defects. We have high defect rate for many reasons. No line tech, operators set up and run then when QA reports defects engneers are called. Not to make people mad but our process engneers are lacking practical experance to fix pro
