We are planning to purchase two new reflow ovens. I would like to take an unofficial reliability survey. Could you list your reflow oven model / age (yrs) / number of unplanned maintenance events in the last year? Example: BTU VIP98/2001/8

Hi, Can anyone recommend a leadfree recipe for a BTU VIP98 i.e. which temperatures for which zones & belt speed? I appreciate that there will be a difference from one oven to another, along with different board sizes, but would like a good starting

Thanks for the advice. In this scenario we are designing our own product. Currently we are building at a prototype level with no appreciable wait between reflow passes. The part in question is a 64 pin QFP. We use a BTU VIP 98 with edge conveyor.
