Good afternoon, We use both brands. Speedline�s latest printing machine generation is as good as DEK. It�s my humble opinion only. But AP 25 vacuum support system starts to fail even with fine pitch. Thanks for your input anyway. BR, Pavel

Do you have a Panasonic & Toshiba camera? What are the MPM p/ns your looking at? Whats the problem? Noise perhaps. If noise try checking the metal cylinder to the right of the camara housing. The set screws can loosen up. Tighten up all the screws.

We have one set MPM AP25. Its prestop position is not stable,but stop position is stable. It often occur "time out" alarm when load PCB.Which one can help us.

Good day, I simply switched the production from MPM to other printing machine. Defect disappeared. Process parameters and process materials were the same. Stencil was the same. �Dog hides� somewhere in the machine. BR, Pavel

Well, there you have it Pavel, Tim says to switch to DEK. Start packing up your MPM.

they cost 35 or 36 hundred dollars from mpm. And if the board are thiner then 20 thousands in thickness, lots of luck.
