Why do you want to apply paste by dispensing ? Have you given up all the solutions for your solder paste printing? The cost effective way of using your Cam/Alot is to dispense adhesive. And use your Stencil Printer to apply solder paste. That's what

Hello! I want to inquire about settings for MPM printers with the Camalot inside system. We will use Koki JU-R45 adhesive and Koki S3X58-M406-3 solder paste with a 21ga needle. If anyone has a similar system, could you please share the initial parame

You also need to consider the total metal load in your dispensable paste. You'll need a slightly higher flux content and less metal, say around 87% total metal, in a 4 or 5 mesh size. We had to have some special mixes made in order to do fine pitch

Used an older model of the one you described. Have used Asymtech and Fuji's as well. The Camalot is accurate, reliable, and easy to program. The only things I disliked about it was that is was slower than the fuji's, and if the pressures weren't set

220 should be plenty although if they're lead free you might need a little more heat. Is it possible that you've got a paste volume issue (stencil design, clogged apertures), or maybe the footprint isn't right for the part? I had this same problem

Hi Carol- What you are asking for can be done. Variables you must account for include the paste viscosity, dispensing head speed, dispenser height relative to board surface, and needle size. You can use most any semi-automated system such as Camalo

I have a number of nozzles for an Assembléon AX-201 that have been allowed to become clogged with old, dried-out solder paste. I am thinking of using an ultrasonic tank in an attempt to clean them for re-use, but I am concerned that isopropyl alcoho

You might try your search with the words Adhesive Dispenser. We recently evaluated machines from Asymtek, a Nordon company, Camalot, and Zmation, and GPD. There are several others. One consideration in the scenario you described is to make sure th
