I talked to someone regarding the Biral oil and they said that they have had a problem with it "jelling up" when exposed to oxegen. Has this been a problem for you as well? I ordered some Stabylyn 773ND from Vitronics. I hope this stuff works for 57.

Assuming your conformal coating material was selected with the intent of living a life in contact with oil, why doesn't your coating meet the IPC-A-610D requirement of that there be no voiding, no breaks in the surface, no loss of adhesion, etc? Furt

FYI: This seems to be worse depending on the oven....I think it may have to do with the way the machine exhaust. I have used the Fuchs on our Omniflow and on our XPM's.(Pb Free profiles) The Omniflow stinks the whole shop up....the Vitronics do not s
