I had an Omni10 that was set up for nitrogen, but also required a water chiller. Make sure your oven wasn't set up to be run with one. If, it was, I know a couple places that sell chillers which will meet the requirements. Brian W.

Where can I find the "hours run" timer on this oven. Can't locate a physical timer. Is there one located in the software?

We just went through this exact same problem on an OmniFlo. We did all the stuff Marc talks about and the problem went away completely. As Marc states, clean the chain guides! You will will see lots of junk near the last zones(s).

We had to replace the chains on our Omni as well. We used a non-approved oil which build up so much carbon the links would not move. Since using the high temp oil they recommend, no problems.

When we had problems on our Omni 5 with fluctuating chain speed, the problem turned out to be the Dart speed control board. After replacing the board the problem went away.

We have an Omni 7. We were having problems where blowers wouldn't start. Turned out to be the start capacitors and not the blowers. I replaced all of the caps and haven't had any issues since.

You can also try Omni-Tronics, Inc. (763) 425-2675. This is who we purchase parts from for our Paste Puck.

IPC-7530 might help some but will cost you a little. We have an older OmniFlo that has a pretty good section on all that in the manual if you happen to have one of those.
