I have a Heller 1800S reflow oven the thing runs fine but when I have to change profiles the oven will have to be cooled down to room temp before it will change. Has anyone seen this or know how to fix it? Thanks, David

the first and last zones heat up just fine the middle just cools down. The only way I can get it to start up again is to open the oven and let it cool down to room temp. about 25C. says heaters are on oven not ready.

Mine is DOS so that might be the difference. No one can seem to figure it out. DO you know anyone that works on these ovens? I am feeling I am going to have to call in someone.

Wow, that is weird. I can't imagine that it's a setting, but who knows. The next time that oven is down, I'll look around and see if I can find some settings.

Ours says it needs to cool down, but if I put in into cooldown, I can load the next recipe right away. I don't actually have to wait until it cools.
