If it keeps generating interest (other than sales promos) on a day to day basis then thats great. I would say that if it sits for 30 days it's probably now a resolved issue by its originator and its time to close it up.

In printing,the thickness of solder paste perpendicular to the Squegge direction is always lower 1 mil than that parallel to the Squegge direction,so Insufficient Solder may occur.I think you may slow printing speed or widen appertures to resolve it.

Yukim, I had experienced this problem with 0402 package. I resolved it 100% by reducing stencil thickness from 6 mils to 5 mils and changing the apetures from 1:1 to homebase.

Anyone who has experienced and resolved tarnishing of Aluminium surface upon cleaning with DI water + saponifier. The aluminium surface is protected with conversion coating (clear) which is turning black when exposed to saponifier solution.

Can someone explain why there is yellowish spot at the area the metal is stressed(drilled,bend area)?How the supplier resolve this problem?
