Kevin, I saw a few months ago in a Philips pamphet that they now have a "tray" that sits at the feeder locations for loose components or a small tape of components. I think it was for the Topaz machine.

jin, The answer is no. DOS has to be installed from distributive normally supplied with machine. Hopefully, machine data has not been erased. If it has been erased, than machine will have to be recalibrated. Regards, Pavel

Jin, Cloning is possible, but the machine will have to be recalibrated since calibration data from running machine will be copied to failed one. As to back ups. Are you able to get into engineering menu? Regards
