As has already been suggested, make sure you are cleaning your stencil well between long periods of inactivity. That said, it sounds to me like you have a feeder problem to solve before you get too wrapped up in what to do with your printing process

I have used infrared imaging to find electrical shorts on logic boards between the 5 Volt buss and ground. You can power the electrical short up to draw 50 to 100 mA and then look for the warm spot in the infrared display.

No to redesign, no to glue dispensing and no to pallets. Now you should change gravity ...or pray :) I am interested to see what other solution you can come up with.

Looks like an X-belt problem. is it tensioned correctly, not too loose or too tight? Or the X motor is acting up.

Hi All, I have pick DIMM connector using chuck nozzle. Shape data already refer to physical size. Unfortunately, connector drop during pick up, and have many dislodge. Can we understand what might be the reason ?

So to sum up: you have no mechanical blockage, you have new motor and encoder. That leaves only two more parts(cable and Hydra Z-Controller).

I think I'd opt for a stencil with everything already cut and then tape it if that didn't screw up your stencil gasketing. Then you just have to define the process for adding the optional parts and you can decide to use those apertures or not.

Hi, Glad you got it figured out - they are mechanically very simple to adjust and maintain ( thankfully ). Shout up if you hit any more issues !

Hello everyone, I would like to know what is the current trend in SMT line setup in terms of assembling both side pcbs at one go. Is it dual lane or single lane double line set up? Thanks
