I would look at Vitronics-Soltec such as the XPM 820 or even the 520. BTU also makes very nice ovens. The Hellers I used to use went through blowers every 6 mos. and both of them came it defective. You must have got lucky or I got unlucky. Russ

i am trying not to talk too bad about vitronics.....but i only put out a few problems we have had..........i quess every company has some issues but.......i see these xpm's everyday and everyday its something new....just my experiences.......

Make a back support out of some wood. Laying across the convyor supports gets old after 3 minutes.

FYI: This seems to be worse depending on the oven....I think it may have to do with the way the machine exhaust. I have used the Fuchs on our Omniflow and on our XPM's.(Pb Free profiles) The Omniflow stinks the whole shop up....the Vitronics do not s

Well it can only be one of two things. Flux residue from your paste or some type of out gassing from the boards you are running.

Had you cleaned the inside of the machine just before this started? I once had an oven that was cleaned with some sort of oven cleaner and it contaminated PCB Assemblies when they ran it. This residue was not visible to the eye but caused soldering

We run 3 Vitronics XPM2's, our newest is 3 years, oldest is 6+ and I have not seen our rails warp the way you're describing. I would be plenty frustrated if I had to replace rails this often.

I would check/replace the neighbour zones. If your temp isd higher than what you set is probably the cooling zone not working normal(fan replacement or cleaning). The problem might be caused by zone 11 too.
