Frank R, I believe the Dymax #984-LVUF is a POLYURETHANE RESIN. I have used Humiseal 1A27 and 1A33 for several years with great success. Both of these materials are High VOC materials. If your customer does not require these materials to be aproved

Apply the bare minumum amount of VOC free typically 50% less than alcohol fluxes. By doing this you can keep the same top board temperature as alcohol, its only when people over flux do you need to boost up the preheater to volatise of the water. NEV

In a different life, we switched to water based flux on one product line. With a little tweaking, process worked fine and our VOC emissions dropped. We tried to roll it out on another product and it never worked. The first side on this product had
