Electronics Forum | Fri Oct 07 09:18:39 EDT 2005 | russ

If you're using non-lead free parts then you don't have a pbfree assembly so why worry about marking it anyway? We apply this artwork after the assembly has been completely engineered for lead free. Artwork can be covered up with mask or whatever if

We are also experiencing problems with this thick stiff paper tape. Our problem is the strength of the spring that supports the tape at its pick position. After a while it just pushes it down because the tape exit wants to bend the tape too sharply

Solderability

Electronics Forum | Thu Nov 03 12:48:14 EST 2005 | Rosewood

We have some no sticks, but that is actually a good thing because we have NSD. During process control audits we found that pull strengths to the board dropped off. We build a military application that requires higher bond strenghts. Low pull streg
