Our experience with leaded paste and SAC305, for 0402's, has been positive with the following stencil designs: 1.- 5 mil thickness. 2.- Home plate design. Hope it helps.

Hi everyone!! Is anybody have a chart or rule or standard for misprint. What I mean is if there is a way of saying if my print for some reason a switch 1%, 5%, 10%, etc, off the pad that is not acceptable. Thank you Yannick

Why was it down before? It's possible you have bad cabling. Voltage will read okay but it/they will require very little resistance to work properly (like less than 1.5 ohms).

Hi Reese, unfortunetely our AOI isnot in line and yes we check first article for each board on the AOI.One of each five boards 1/5 we give to inspector to check and we X-ray if needed.

Hi, The solder we use is Sn5Pb93.5Ag1.5. with a melting point of about 30 degrees.

warpage for 152mm length PCB

I would like to understand What will be the allowable warpage for 152mm length PCB. We are observing about 1.5mm warpage. Is that acceptable? Could you please share method to calculate the warpage

I believe you need 1.5.13 or higher if I'm not mistaken to run the mags with the button upgrade. There is no way around it that I am aware of.
