Our facility is moving towards eliminating the need for carts completely by introducing conveyors. So far they have been set up before and after the wave. This has helped us reduce work in process inventory around the wave solders greatly.

It has about 50-60%, we do not have equipmet to get an accurate measurement, touch up is what we are doing for now.

HI SrTech yup i knot and it the good clip on the feeder i have event swap the whole clip whit the holding bard from one of my FC to the strange one and got same result so clip was not in cause and or the adjustment of the feeder

Has anyone heard of a no clean paste that can be cleaned in straight DI water ?

Swap part method??? Are you meaning swap the tool banks? The tabs on the tool bank look good, but if it’s tweaked slightly that would be hard to tell. Sorry, I’m just an operator/programmer. The person that did all this stuff left suddenly.

It has been awhile for me, but I do remember that sometimes the solder would fracture on the connector pins.

I haven't used one, but KISS was bought out by Nordson, and the newest version of the KISS 103 is the Cerno 508.1. Their earlier Cerno's were almost identical to the KISS 103's. Something to keep in mind if you're used to programming that style.
