We have to make several different kits containing 5,7 or 17 resistors (axial leads). These resistors are supplied in ammo boxes or reel. We used to cut the tape by hand with scissors, but we need to cut 10000's of these per week. Has anyone ever seen

Adhesive Application by Stencil

I am currently depositing adhesive for mixed technology PCB's with both axial and radial inserted components. The stencil is plastic and has underside relief for the clinched components (not possible with a metal stencil), rather than go any further.
