Try running the second side first on a board. If it wets well, it points towards your board house. Run a blank board thru your oven and then try your normal process. If you see issues with the first side now - it definitely points towards your boa

I would have to agree with Mike. All our boards from Taiwan are good. Most boards we get form China have board related issues.

Sulfur is probably the culprit. Board supplier should be providing boards with anti-tarnish sheets between the individual boards. Also, cardboard is a major source of sulfur and so boards should not be shipped in cardboard.

Any manufacturers offer an off the shelf vacuum type bare board loader that can handle boards 16"wide and 22"long? We're having issues with our de-stacker since these boards tend to come in warped.

The mot mi board is the first board but it is two boards tied together so you need to undo the screws on the first 2 boards on the left.

If your using Fids & not a board feature I would push it back to the board fab house & get them to cover costs. Give the board fab house a drawing of the board with acceptable tolerances etc. Never had had to use an offset with this method.
