Is it a failure or a schedule overdue? If it's a failure check the vacuum sensor in the exhaust. You should be able to locate the straw and follow it back to the diaphragm. You can adjust the diaphragm. Or you can electrically jumper past it.

GEB, Datasheets are usually just guidelines and most App. Engineers from paste companies will tell you that as well. You don't have to "copy exact" what they say, but rather set your oven to what gets you and your type of boards the best results. P

You likely will not get 10 years of service out of the Heller and it is certainly not as well built as the VIP-98. If those things do not matter to you and it's all about the money then you sound like the perfect Heller customer.
