The Part Data sheet should specify whether or not the part can withstand the Wave Solder. (I've wave soldered many Tant Caps)It sounds like you need a higher volume of SMD Adhesive. How are you applying the adhesive?

Thanks for your suggestion however it looks like AVX may be the only vendor who can supply such a cap in a 0805 package. TDK cannot do anything below 1206 or so i'm being told

hello Diego, I would start by opening oven and looking for missing components. once you locate them you can work from there. are you using any alu caps on your board? I had problem with bad alu caps exploding in oven and scattering other components.
