Hello, I've ran into information claiming that ESD dissipative floor mats and laminate is not effective unless paired with ESD footwear or heel straps. Can anyone confirm or deny? Thanks! -OtheRuss

I dont claim to be a guru but I would say that the only cycle time you can control or be responsible for is your machine cycle time. Operator cycle time will vary and you cant control that.

Has anyone experimented with the Amtech 4300 flux that claims to be a no-clean flux that is easily removed with water? If so, how did it go? Is this flux truly removable with water only while creating adequate solder joints? -OtheRuss

Maybe the "other" company runs a different wave, or flux, or pallet, or touches up every board. Assumptions are like brains - every claims they have one, but very few use em.

Hi Real Chunks, Nice to meet you. Well, I certainly not agree with you. Sorry. Can You be a little more specific about your claims, about my statements? Do you know what you are talking about? I wish no polemic about this. Best Regards, Mika

Wow, they claim 1000 cycles of -65 to 150. I wonder if this was done with the 24mm part. With those tiny joints underneath, they must have exactly matched CTE's with their test boards.

What has anyone heard about the Yamaha YGP screen printers and is how many people are using in production? They claim to be very fast, accurate and do 100% inspection.
