I had a DEK 265LT with error code: motor comms failure.card 1, Axis123 fatal error-reinitialize machine during machine boost up I replaced new card 1 and still get the same error. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance, Rober

I'm not much familiar with DEK. Once i turn ON machine it will keep rebooting itself over and over. I need to find local service provider for DEK. if any know please try contact me we are located in N.Attleboro, MA .

I don't have another dek to swap cards with and i'll keep you informed on the problem. It's running fine now but I don't think it will make it through the day. Thanks for the help.

Robert, you will have to re-load the MINT software. It only takes a couple of minutes to do this. This will fix out the errors. Refer to your DEK manuals on how to carry out this function. Cheers, Alan.

On the top lead of the 7 segment display. Voltage is 5v +/- 1% with system power applied. Just curious, how is this adjusted? jsk
