I have Ag & ENIG finishes, for Ag I've seen some oxidation, specially if the bag is not sealed propperly. Is there any real due date for PCBs?

Does anyone have a listing of recommended usage requirements on SMT components. Can you use SMT resistors which are over 3 years old for example ? Can you use ICs which are not known to be moisture sensitive but which are over 5 years old.

What is the pad surface finish on these boards? I know OSP and silver finishes have a shorter shelf life than HASL or gold. We do not use OSP or silver on our boards so I don't know what to look for visually on the pads when they have exceeded the
