Seho maxi wave 3240 should be considered as well. Invented full tunnel nitrogen systems that have lower operating costs and provide yields unlike what can be achieved by air wave systems.

I would email Chad at ERSA and see what he might have to say, relating to your Versaflow. he's always been a big help to me.

Congrats. Can you share the rough cost for the 8 zone Heller? Is it nitrogen capable? I am also looking to upgrade and doing preliminary research into BUT, Vitronics, Ersa and Heller.

Hi, I am ok either way, and the main reason I originally went with Soltec was the overall oven design seemed cleaner than ERSA. The soltec had good performance, but the oven design was neat internally, where the ERSA seemed to be a bit of a mess.

Evtimov, thanks for your reply. Yesterday was our first day of running 99.999%. We were running for weeks with 99.99% Nitrogen purity and we just were having all kinds of problems with the miniwave not being consistent. We had a wave offsets at 75,

Dear Frang. The right O2 level are mostly determined by the products you produce (E.i. PCB surface and component solderability). In reflow I would say the window is between 100 and 1000 ppm, depending on the issues above. Personal I choose a maximu

I've been using the ERSA Versaflow 3/45 for 3 years. I've been changing the gassing rings and seals annually, but I'm going to a schedule of every 6 months. I blow my gassing rings off with compressed air. I also blow a little into the intake tube to

My company has had the same issue on our Versaflow 366 with SAC305, we tried ultrasonic cleaning and it worked for a shift and then was clogged again. We have had the machine for 3 years and we have had to replace the gassing rings twice so far. We a
