Yep, Book a holiday and let someone else sort it out. Otherwise e-mail me and I'll talk you through pallets, rigidisers, printer tooling, spray mount, Kapton tape, local fiducials (panels can strech & shrink) etc. Oh, yeah - for the connectors you

Hi Resse, there seems to be some mistake in translating aa to mil. I thought, 1mm should have been about 40 mil. Pl. confirm. The larger the fid dia, lesser is the accuracy during recognition.

Hi netellink, I am not familiar with suzuki machines, but it usually works that way. There is a sign on the nozzle(it could be dots or lines...)and a recognition file for it. So you have to check: - if the sign the machine is looking for is damaged

I rarely use blk fiducials. But when I do, they are always programmed after the fids. It's the fids that sets your general alignment of the panel. I only use blk fidus for thin pcbs (30 mil) that tend to warp when on the conveyor.

Dek 249 and Dek 260 models use to have fiducial recognition where table would adjust to the stencil. However, I would still recomend you buy an inline model because the change over will be much faster. Probably 10 times faster.
