We're getting an error on our CP643 that we can't seem to make sense of. It's a D1 axis error, but we're only getting it when we run a feeder on device 140. Any advice would be appreciated.

we also faced similar problem in fuji cp643. addition to your suggestion - mainly in program PCB thickness, component height checked & set correctly , then problem solved.

0402 on CP643 is not that good.... We use the Fuji NXT for this part. However, nozzle configuration can be edited thru machine configuration, nozzle set- up.

Hit the help key while cursored on that category,(televideo monitor) if the sticker wore off, its one of the keys in the upper right, below the the F keys, above the number key pad, let me know if you got it.

No the machine is not capacity constrained. We do not use IPC-9850. Rated CPH is taken from Equipment manufaturer. Fuji-CP643. Universal HSP4796 We have 3 manufaturing units at different location Difficult to standardize OEE calculation

Wondering how long does it usually take to do a weekly/monthly/quarterly service? Currently we have one person that does the service and I really don't think it should take him as long as it does.

Hello friend, also cleans the clutches, several times but he continues presenting the same problem. I suspect in a few holders that we buy, for that from that they established themselves I present this fault

In order to clean the clutches properly, you must disassemble them. Did you do that ? The nozzle holder sensor dogs must be clean and scratch free.
