I've mostly been looking at the smallest oven in the range of the bigger ovens as it were. So that's the 1707 from Heller and similar sized units from elsewhere. However apparently Heller are apparently bring back the 1500 series in the form of a 150

Hello: We are using a Heller 1500S reflow oven to solder surface mount parts. Just within the last two weeks, the larger I.C.'s are moving while going through the oven. The parts are checked for placement before putting into the oven. When the

Good Morning SWAG, We have had similar problems with our Heller 1800 EXL's when the chains would build up oil and debris. The only way we could get them clean was to put them into a self cleaning oven and carbonize the residues. We then rinsed them

I personally would be wary of heller1707EXL and as I have many customers that find them not too repeatable due to cross profile variance... MarkIII not sure about. Always check perspective oven for this if you can...simple trick is to run blank PC

Jay - I read your report and was interested to see that you ran your evaluation on a Heller 1500 5 zone. We have been hearing for some time that a larger machine (7 zone min)with higher temp heaters and fan motors would be required. Is yours a "hi t

I have 4 Heller Ovens. 3 of them I don't have much trouble getting parts for. They are all 1800 Series with Windows operating systems. The 4th is a 1500 with more like a DOS looking interface. Many of the part numbers are obsolete, and difficult to
