1/4-20 would be unlikely to fit on an 0603 is all. I have to admit that when he first brought up the hardware theme I kept visualizing a jack screw assembly but the results I envisioned were less than ideal.

Yea, 10,20,40,60 over or 2% for large issue qtys. would be ideal as we do run out of parts often if the issue qty. is very high.

Some guys used to hang weight on the spent tape with a binder clip to help pull the tape through. Not ideal of course, but may help in a pinch...if you try it, you'll have to move the weight(s) up every so often.

I think it is in the ideal.ma or actual.ma file. You could also use the first RMOS boot disk. This will ask you for it there.

I concur Chunks ! A simple test to carry out is the Z0 height check across the board, with particular attention to the area of the board you are having problems. You should at least see the nozzle touch the board , ideally press the board slightly.

Are you thinking for the soon to be displaced air to be able to escape out the top? Raising components wouldn't be ideal from a process standpoint.
