| We are looking at implimenting a bar code system for a SMT | production line. To start we are looking at label printer/applicators. Are there any other companies that we should consider besides Zebra and Imtec?? Thanks for your input. | John You

we had schematics and a disk inside the rear cover assy in ours. You may want to check under that cover.

Tom at Recon provided him instructions on how to do the change over. Shouldn't be too difficult if you already know what to do.

Elektrobit (JOT) makes a wave unloader you can use to put your board back onto an edge conveyor (if you are using just a belt on your oven now) and then place a FIFO or Mag Loader after that.

JOTs works well. Has built in coolers. Also realigns your boards back to an edge belt conveyor. Very well designed.

Spare parts? Like what? If it's your belt motor, try cleaning out the gear box attached to it. 99% of the time it's the lube in this gear box that dries out and turns to glue.
