Check the surge protector on top of the power supply. Pretty common problem on the 265s.

By-pass the surge protector on top of the power supply. Located at the bottom of the machine. Pretty common on older 265s.

Try looking at "Fortress" or "APC" uninteruptable power supplies (UPS).

Thanks bfsteffen. I figured it out. You have to apply 24 VAC to the bottom 2 pins.
