In 1995 we bought 4 Vitronics U520 reflow ovens with top heat only. We ran these ovens until 2003 for both curing and lead reflow with no problems. In 1998 we bought 1 U520 top and bottom heat and one U820 top and bottom heat and once again we had

Simon, In a previous life, I came upon a maintenance tech that had an old vapor phase oven control cabinet half ripped apart for a main power problem. I asked him if he had checked to see if any of the E-Stop swtiches had been hit. One had been ac

GEB, Datasheets are usually just guidelines and most App. Engineers from paste companies will tell you that as well. You don't have to "copy exact" what they say, but rather set your oven to what gets you and your type of boards the best results. P

Does anyone have a manual for a BTU PYRAMAX 150N X5 oven? We recently got one of these used and it has the flux management system attached along with a water chiller. We hooked everything up, but the oven throws a water supply problem alarm. Chill
