I am currently evaluating some different reflow ovens for a future purchase. The manufacturers we are looking at are Conceptronic, BTU, and Heller. Any feedback on these manufacturers would be welcome. I am particularly interested in: 1.Service res

I would reccomend at least a 8 zone system when doing RoHs. Most of the better systems (Vitronics, heller, BTU, ETC) built since 2006 should be able to run the higher temps for Pb Free. Should be a lot of them on the market world wide (used) with l

We have Heller, 1707EXL now. It has a removable support for the mesh conveyor that just pull out (clipped in). Had an Electrovert and they were bolted on and very tuff to change out. The oilers Im not sure I care for though, they have a metal rail t

We have been using a Heller 1707EXL (7 zones + 1 cooldown zone) for lead free (ROHS) soldering since 2007 with good results. I wouldn't go any lower than 7 heat zones though. If I may brag a bit....The IPC-7095 revision C standard was released a fe

the first and last zones heat up just fine the middle just cools down. The only way I can get it to start up again is to open the oven and let it cool down to room temp. about 25C. says heaters are on oven not ready.

Mine is DOS so that might be the difference. No one can seem to figure it out. DO you know anyone that works on these ovens? I am feeling I am going to have to call in someone.

Wow, that is weird. I can't imagine that it's a setting, but who knows. The next time that oven is down, I'll look around and see if I can find some settings.
