Sounds to me like a dirty quad-align. If you have cleaned the lens and have the same results then you may have dirt on the inside of the quad-align. The only fix is to replace it or blow it out with an air gun. Unfortunately it is not easy to tell if

haha....thanks Steve!!! Nozzle Height of 1 means that you have dust or something in the quadalign lens. You need to clean the lens with alcohol then a dry lint free cloth and if it stays the same....that means the lens has an issue or there is dirt

We've run into a persistent QA error 99 on one of our Quad IVC's. Have checked upon all the obvious and found no bad components. Do appreciate any advice on this problem. Thanks.

There is also a modify code that if set to 0 the quad-align will not turn on and you will have this error. It is one of the higher mod codes around 60-80......been so long i forget.... Good Luck Bob
