BGA Clamp...... Sounds to technical to me! Not sure about what is needed for installing on IP2, although I am pretty sure it can be done. I have no pic to give. Stop working with FUJI about 5 years ago.

Maybe at dat homie�s shop, they opted ta use Semco ridetridges instead of jars, and they didn�t gots a process put in place ta recycle da old solder paste. - aww yea foo.

ESD safe and conductive are 2 totaly different situations. There are ESD safe carpets but I don't think I have seen coductive carpet. For heel straps to work in a carpeted area it would have to be conductive. Don't get the 2 mixed up it can cause dea

Kris, I assume with voids you mean acceptable solder coverage of pad and lead. As Dave mentioned I also have not seen any specific studies on voids, but workman ship standards exist about acceptable coverage of pad and lead (both consumer and MIL)
