Look into Dicone NC9. We used this years ago to remove silicone from some printed circuit cards. As I recall it did not have any adverse effects on the pcb.

Sarge, Red army does not immediately make me want to help, anyway. What is the exact error displayed? There is a chuck open/closed sensor, if not made at the right time it will e-stop with some error that I don't recall. I assume this is on H1.

I do not recall that "TEACH" ever worked. Even if it did, there is no way to save this data to the MCS. After you see that a fiducial cannot be found, change Xa-Ya in the program at the MCS to find it, and of course, re-transmit. Good Luck

I developed our company's procedure for moisture sensitive devices based on J-STD-033 and I don't recall anything requiring a certain ramp rate. Furthermore baking at 85C will greatly extend the time to reset the clock and it is harder to maintain

We were using a heller 1500 and an electrovert minipak wave solder. I don't recall the duct width or CFM. 6"-8" maybe? Probably want to over size it a bit as its easy to turn the fan down if you start sucking out the AC.

Its been a while, but as I recall, there are two air valves under the table. one controls the exit speed, and one controls the entrance. You just need to fiddle with the valve until it travels at a decent speed.

We used to use Titanium inserts when there wasn't much clearance between SMD and thru-hole leads. I don't recall how tight we could get though.
