I am looking for some used Siemens feeder tables. Preferrably the tables that roll for the S-20/S-23 series machines.If anyone finds some them please let me know !!! Thanks......

When you place 100's of 0603's and don't want to spend the $$ on re-work. Spending an extra bit of cash on nozzles looks pretty attractive. Besides I'm placing 0603's close enough together that the 08 won't work. D

Used siemens for about 11yrs...very good placement reliability placing 0201s with S20s. Love their programming system. couldnt be better. Manuf Now

Has anyone any experience of implementing 5S principles in the SMT environment? I am aware of the in's and out's of 5S but wondered if anyone had any advice or recommendations about it's implementation specifically for SMT.

Single feeders will always be your top choice. Any kind of package feeders will create issues in future. I used to have them in 10s, 8ths, 6es, 3s, 2s and the more they are the worst.
