I've had components move in the pocket and cause mis-picks. Generally, the part moves, but settles in the pocket after a moment. So I slowed down the pick up speed. It gave the part in the feeder a chance to settle before picking.

Katrina, if the machine will zero on its own, there is nothing wrong with machine itself. You can now look into network cards in both line computer and line PC.

Does any one have a general cost percent going from class 2 to class 3 for the same Assembly.. Or, general up charge percent when biding class 2 vs class 3?

12vdc on top pin 5vdc on bottom pin ground on second pin up from bottom. the rest are only needed for IQ function on Quad assembler. Bob
