This is caused by cte mis-match. The balls in the corners are short and fat. The balls near the null point are tall and more normalized. I don't remember what the zone settings were... BTU VIP98 BS was probably 22-25 IPM

run shutdown.rcp after 45 minutes computer will load shutoff.rcp. Is this file not being loaded? If yes, then you have not defined the shutoff event in the scheduler. Poke around in the scheduler. Or check out the software manual. someone probab

Sounds similar to a recent problem with our VIP70. We thought it may be the SSR, then the FCU ... Swapping blower unit with a second oven finally helped us traced the problem to the thermoswitch inside the blower assembly.

They're full of crap and are simply trying to get you into a Paramax 150. Depending on your product you could probably get by with a VIP-98.

Ken is right about the BTU VIP's, we have 2 both about 6 years old as well, i've been here 1 1/2 years and only replaced a 15V power supply on one of them, no other issues at all.

how many zones? And what settings are you using now? And you won't get it exactly like the data sheet, especially the cool down.

Do you really need to have that shape of profile, why not have a gradual ramp then spike? Which paste are you using?
