My printer handles 1500mm stencil, so no, 4 ft boards print ok. If you are bending the board for the oven, does that mean your printer and PnP handle the full length?

Chip-bonder glue(Loctite 3612 for example) will harden at lower temperature way before paste goes to liquidus stage, so it will hold the part in place.

Well, your wipes are a good first step in removing the bulk of the material, but they do little or nothing to remove the material from the apertures. * It would probably be cheaper to use poly stencils and then throw them away after each use, eh? ;
