Using an air hose to clean stencils

I agree that the tines (webs between apertures) can become damaged on fine pitch stencils from a blast of air. If they get bent, the stencil won't seat and gasket properly allowing bleed out of paste. Of course we all know that the air being blasted

We are not having any real issues. I am just first setting up a lead free profile, and was looking for a starting place. So far it's going well. Can you tell me more about why your paste would be better and I'll pass that on to the decision makers?

The global or image fiducials is set under teach fiducials screen. You will get the option to turn on the one you want. You should choose one or the other depending on what you are building. You are correct for what tep hold,pass and tep vision does.

You also need to get with the PCB manufacturer. Their is a lot that can go wrong with that many layers. If the manufacture is trapping that much moisture. you may have a hard time baking it out. Dave and Graham are right about the time and energy. It
