We are testing a basket that uses wire webbing like the chain on the wash machine instead of an inflexible lid. A rep from the company is coming in and we will get a quote then but I think they are going to be pricey.

I'm looking to solder a individual wire to each of the leads of a voltage regulator. Any advice in keeping them from touching? See item below. http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2062599&cp

Ahhhh. If it only screwed up "consistantly" it would be alot easier!! yeah, bad board or overheat in the card rack (filters), kinked wire? good luck, my guess is it'll get more consistant as days pass

Have you tested the solderability of the inbound components per ANSI/J-STD-002, Solderability Tests for Component Leads, Terminations, Lugs, Terminals, and Wires?

We store alot of our reels on portable wire shelves. We created a "floating island" between the computer station and the SM machines. Push them together when machines are running...wheel near a machine when loading a job.

Check your battery back up if you have it. If I remember correctly, you may have to manually switch your wiring to by pass a dead battery back-up.
