Printer from Innovative Machines

Electronics Forum | Mon Mar 29 14:39:07 EDT 2010 | cab

I am in the market for a solder paste/flux printer. Presco will do the job , but used cost is $10K. Our pitch is 50 mil on PBGA, so requirement is not so demanding. I found an Innovative Machine model MP-200 for less than $5K. Is anyone familiar

Sounds like the boards were not properly manufactured since you have baked them prior to assembly. We just had a customer return from China becasue of this issue. We have made 10K without issue. Let me take a stab and ask if they were made in the USA

The one you know how to use, and that you can afford. I'm not sure that there's anything that is perfect. Some people like to use free EDA tools, some prefer to use tools that cost over $10k. The one that you know how to use, that suits your pur

Try to stay away from very old machines. Most of these machines are so beaten up, that it is hard to put in action(expensive as well). I just got one MPM 10 years old and to make it work it will cost us 10k usd and a lot of labor. In the current cond

Well 10K assemblies/month to many is a big number, but then you also describe a PCB with 8 parts on it, 80K parts is not a big number. If you send me a DM I can even get our UK assembly house to quote on it if you like, bare PCB can be sourced from U

Printer->Placement->Inpsection(maybe just a conveyor long enough for someone to sit there)->Reflow Oven->Magazine loader. That can add up to quite a length. A 2nd user automatic printer will set you back at least $10k, an oven much the same, plus de

Do you think this could be taught remotely through skype? I really don't have the budget for $10k in training but can afford $1k. We hope to sort out leveling, power, air issues ourselves. GSMs look highly complex. Is it possible they take much

No such thing as a Compact Reflow Oven?

The only real local support I am finding is for universal instruments. I have remote support. What machines in the under $10k with feeders category for learning on do you recommend? Most likely leaning to upgrade to a used samsung machine in a ye

Yestech B2 Aoi Brightness, how do I adjust?

Electronics Forum | Fri Oct 05 09:03:36 EDT 2018 | dontfeedphils

Yea, probably need a new board, which may be tricky considering how old these models are getting now. I had a B2 at my last shop and we upgraded to a Koh Young Zenith 3D. At the time, Yestech told us the camera in the B2 would go for around 10k jus

I would really suggest staying away from novastar on their ovens- we had a really bad experience with two of their ovens being unable to maintain temperature properly. We ended up buying a used BTU VIP70 and it has been working out great. A Heller 18
