Hi . If the machine was not connencted to power ,the battery failed and the controllers exec was lost or corrupted. Check the bettery on J11 controler ,if it is dead this is the case. Change the battery and reload the exec. There is an exec file

its not that you should never open it manually, it just can be a problem sometimes. CP45 have a few problems with data corruption and this can be one of them. just make sure you regularly backup disk, and dont delete old backups straight away.

same happens with older series. clean connectors again, also clean slots. once(out of 100 times) i had this problem on my CP45 and it turned out to be corrupted data on HDD. so good luck, dont think out of box, think out of room.
