I had a DEK 265LT with error code: motor comms failure.card 1, Axis123 fatal error-reinitialize machine during machine boost up I replaced new card 1 and still get the same error. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance, Rober

On the top lead of the 7 segment display. Voltage is 5v +/- 1% with system power applied. Just curious, how is this adjusted? jsk

You might have something dragging down your power supply, I have had the color monitor do this when it approachs the end of its life span, I have also had the power supply itself go bad but the voltage is usually 0. Unplug the monitors and see what

UP AND RUNNING!!! Power supply is good but i found two loose wires in connector 12PL26 (DC to Y1). I think i may have another bad connection inside the Y1 enclosure. Monitor seems to be working OK. Thanks for your help, jsk

Robert, power on the machine and go straight into DOS. You can do this by pressing and holding the Shift key as the machine is booting up. Run MINT. Try re-seating the cards too before you do this. Have you checked the voltages on the card batteries.
