Besides the processing tests (different print speeds, print delay times, etc.) one test we've had to use is humidity exposure. Solderballing due to high outside humidity is a problem in our plant. So we expose paste to 85% humidity for various time

Good afternoon, 1. Use only melf nozzles (Type 76) 2. In case if your melfs are picked up one after another try to increase feed time in machine setup, this will add additional delay and will allow feeder to complete feed cycle 3. Use the strongest

Sorry for the delay. We are actually pretty busy over here. We have found the Aim 257-2 no-clean sac305 paste offers very little if any voiding and better wetting in lead free terminated devices. My suggestion is contact your local Aim distributor fo

I'm not familiar with a puff off setting. I have tried some different things including release delay to shut the vacuum off before the nozzle lifts in the upward direction. I tried to minimally overstroke the part hoping the paste tension would over

Ok, getting further. We have 3 Philips CSM machines, new to the Topaz. Sorry for all the questions. We figured out that you have to press any key during the 6 second delay at power up. It then ask's for the password, or press the escape key to co

Anyone who knows how to prevent such flaw? Tombstones are those lifted components from one sides. This results in costly and time-consuming amounts of touch-up and re-work after the assembly is completed. For the customers, this extra work translate

I work with lines MX200l and MX 200LP, one of them is with camera analogue the others with digital cameras, the oldest one (analogue camera) is faster than the others, but there is a line that must have a delay in the pick and place, someone knows wh

In Production Monitor....there is Utility and Axis speed. Make sure the z-axis are set to 100%. I would also check to make sure in your component information that you dont have your parts slowed down or have long place and/or pick delays. good luck
