Hi, Just for info. Hard to buy vibratory feeders on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/380403397600 I bought two of them and perfectly fits to CSM66/84 (and should Topaz also ??). The guy is very slow, but finally sent me the goods. And is worth the mone

If we optimize with "feeders move" selected it just puts them on the front anyway, even if we've assigned rear feeder positions. I think you're right about wanting to default to the front unless it's out of positions. What I'll probably do is move t

Have you done any more work on this? I have a program that reads the Altium files, a feeder database, and makes a UFOS file for the older CSM machines. I can't get the UFOS to VIOS convertor on our Topaz X to read the UFOS *.BRD files. It stops and

What vintage are the gem series you are running? We have some '06 Opal Xii's and place 0201's with them. Haven't tried 01005's. I know you said new but Cardinal Circuit has an auction gonig right now that has a 2010 Assembleon MG1 and a 2006 MG2 and

Hi Thomas, Yes, we are pretty good at feeder maintenance, we gang pick on our Yamaha/Assembleon kit with no issues. On one of our older machines (YV112-3/Sapphire) we pick 12 LEDs at once per side of the machine. On a couple of jobs we exceed the ma

We have the same problem at times but our feeders tend to move to the back when we want them on the front. We have Opal machines but all the software should be the same. (assuming you have the offline programming/optimization software, AMS) What yo

We're having problems figuring out how to optimize our stick feeders. We want to keep them all on the back side but the only way we've been able to get the data generator to finish optimizing without errors is to make all feeders movable, and it send

Try this... set them on the back and teach their pick up position as stick feeder, change pick up rotation to -90 degree. before you optimize the program, change them to 8mm feeders , them optimize the the program as feeder fix. after the program

I have two machines - Emerald-X and Topaz-X. I cleaned (and changed Koganei electromagnets) only in Topaz-X - Emerald-X is in very good condition :) But my Emerald-X have SF (not FNC) heads. If head 1 is OK - change the relays with head 2 and check.
