Thanks for the useful instruction. We did find a loose connection. It was the connector right at the camera/PCB. I believe it was bumped when placing board supports (going forward we'll move the camera to the rear when placing board supports).

actually there will be internal damage on the cable resulting from frequent move during production,which is not visible, but in normal case either the camera or the control board or the cable has problem, Camera and control board could be repaired
