Not sure if this will help at all but you might try doing a lighting histogram test/adjustment since you have a new camera. It could be that your lighting is very bright or too dim and the camera is confusing features next to your intended fiducials

revola, Yes you can as long as you have a type 4 or 7 line scan camera fitted(type 7 is best as improved lighting), Front or Rear loading is not important, Snr tech is right, lighting isn't great with this machine but the camera is the same as fitted

Typically when this happens the lighting in your package for a part in one of those cycles has 0 0 0 in the 3 light settings. You need to check all your package types that are used in your program and makes sure they are adjusted correctly. Good Luc

Hi, if it is for all your products, for me it looks like a camera cable or camera problem. You are loosing connection and get the message. FFFC looks like a fatal error. If it is only one product, play with the lighting and treshold. Regards, Emi
