I rebuilt 6348A's for about 13 years. Check the contact at the clip locator. It's dirty, broken, or the wire is starting to come out of the crimp. Jerry

Clayton On the tray tower, the tray that's at the pick-up level flags a sensor at the back of the tray right next to the lead screw. This sensor needs to be made to zero the machine. Either the trays are out of position or the sensor is bad. Jerr

I had 1 of the feeder connectors on the MFU develope a short which blew 3 IC's before I found it. Good Luck Jerry

Jerry, Thanks for info. I try to build small flex in panel, alignment is a issue, also the flatness. Do you use vacuum to hold the flex? Do you print in panel of single. Thanks, John

I like Alpha Metals OM-5100. Very long stencil life with good results. Jerry
