Hello, u_APE.exe is a file located in your UPS folder, inside folder "bin". This application is also known as Product Editor. Thats all I can tell you without any kind of log about problem. Best regards Ivan

Last time I play with Mydata machine is over 10 years ago. If I remember correctly, you should able to see it when you log in as "higher" user level.

I haven't played with the Mydata machines since 2007. All I could remember is: There is TPSys that you need to log in to access the calibration/advanced settings. From there you should be able to find what you are looking for.

I have 10 8mm feeders purchased from alibaba, and they work fine, and do not appear in our maintenance log with any more frequency than the feeders that came with the machines. We do not use the IT system, so I can't speak on that.

You should able to log into the TPsys to disable the hydra head. BTW, last time I work on the Mydata machine was about 15years ago.

We recently purchased a used MPM Momentum Compact and can't log in using the supplied login and password. Is there a default (admin) login I can use to bypass this?

I've looked at the logs, its error 234. Looking backwards, I see where this has happened some time ago as well.
